Qualifications

You have a degree/ diploma or relevant educational background in statistics/ data analytics/ computer science or a general degree with data/ analysis focus with preferably 2 years of working experience in data and digital delivery-oriented roles.

Post-Construction: Managing project closeout activities, including final inspections, warranties,

and handover to the client.

Job Scope

• Handle daily finance operations, which includes but not limited to General Ledger, General Journals, Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables
• Responsible monthly accounts closing and reporting including Bank Reconciliation, P&L Statement and Balance Sheet
• Submit monthly and quarterly financial reports to Director
• Quarterly GST Submission
• Liaise with external auditor, tax agent, corporate secretary and bankers in relation to annual audit, annual corporate tax and withholding tax submission, statutory filings and bank related matters.

Requirement

• At least a Diploma in Accountancy or other relevant professional qualifications
• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in the related field
• Familiar with Quickbook software and S Excel applications
• Has good attention to details, able to manage time and meet deadlines
