-Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing documents and communicating relevant sales information
-Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
-Respond and follow up after-sales customers complaints
-Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
-Handle the processing of all sales orders with accuracy and timeliness
-Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
-Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
- AR and AP key in to system & knock off work
- Providing administrative support to the Purchaser
-Providing administrative support and reporting to the higher management
_General administrative duties
Requirements:
-Experience: at least 1 year relevant working experience
-Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in administrative and junior accounting positions will be considered a good advantage
-Knowledge in general hardware products (building materials, hardware & etc) will be an added advantage.
-Good computer skills (MS Office) ,autocount and basic accounting knowledge
-Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
-High level of dedication , pleasant and positive attitude
- Abiilty and maturity to carry out and execute higher management's instructions with strictest confidence tactfully and efficiently is a must.
