• Prepare and agree on the final account with contractors once the project is completed.
  
• Provide a detailed post-project cost analysis comparing the final cost with the initial budget and estimates.
  
• Assist in resolving any contractual disputes between the client and contractor if any.

• Takes charge of the entire engineering department, leading a team as they complete various projects
• To assist in site supervision works
• Coordinate internally with inter-department and externally with clients & consultants
• Coordinating for the project planning, documentation, and execution of works on-site
