• Oversee and manage carpark operations, including preparing of reports, managing season parking, refund and complimentary parking coupon
• Provide administration support including processing purchase orders and invoices, maintaining department files
• Submit insurance claims
• Assist in drafting of circulars to tenants and preparation of management reports

Requirements

• Min Diploma in relevant field
• 2 years experience, preferably in commercial facility management
• Team player with good communication and organization skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Perform multiple tasks effectively
• Able to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment
