1. Plan, execute, and manage dormitory operations in compliance Foreign Employee Dormitories Act (FEDA) and all relevant regulatory requirements

11. Engage government and non-government bodies for the implementation of whole-of-government (WOG) initiatives towards improving the overall living conditions of migrant workers.
12. Manage reported activities and violations of residents.

15. Whenever necessary, be the main point of contact whenever there are any inspections/ audits by local authorities.

About the role:

• Overall site management for safety, security, health and environment of Singapore project.
• Develop detail site HSE execution plan, define site HSE management procedures and measures. Supervise the effective implementation of safety regulations.
• Take part in the qualification audit of subcontractors and their members.
• Responsible for delivering proper HSE education for the project staff.
• Responsible for organizing site HSE meetings.

RESPONSIBILITIES

CASEWORK AND COUNSELLING

• Manage case referrals.
• Manage 30 active cases (mainly Group 2 cases) per quarter
• Conduct assessment, planning and intervention for cases.
• Conduct case conferences with partners.

Your core duty involves contributing to the growth and development of health social work in Alexandra Hospital. Besides direct practice, you will be building the department’s Clinical Supervision and Education portfolios. You will participate in practice research and development of clinical social work.
