Requirements

• Minimally a Polytechnic Diploma or Degree

• Prior 1 or 2 years working experience in sales or business development B2B or B2C.

• Good proficiency in English and Mandarin

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport

• Problem-solving skills with the ability to perform under pressure

• Fast learner and goal-oriented mindset

• Highly motivated and self-driven

• Manage and allocate workers, equipment and transport effectively to various project teams
• Motivate and lead workers
• Handle dormitories and vehicle matters, including traffic or worksite accidents and necessary repair works for our fleet of vehicles
• Provide directions & resolutions to daily operational issues
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction industry

The Research Officer (RO) will be part of a strategic project to monitor the implementation and evaluate a new care model in SingHealth Community Hospitals.

The RO will be responsible for performing data collection, coding, analysis and accurate interpretation of results for the project, including conducting interviews with patients. The RO supports monthly project meetings as secretariat to present project status updates and review key findings with the project team. He/she also assists to prepare the quarterly performance review and review performance with project team before submission. The RO will participate in the preparation of abstracts, posters, and manuscripts, as well as conduct literature reviews. He/she will perform other related duties as assigned.

The position will be for a contract period of one year.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, Public Health, Psychology, Social Work or Sociology)
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative data analysis
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Flexibility to work after office hours and on weekends as needed, as participants may request that we interview them during these timings

The associate clinical research coordinator is responsible for working closely within the Research and Translational Innovation team (RTIO), stakeholders and external parties of the SingHealth Community Hospitals (SCH) with the following key responsibilities:

• Assist in screening, study recruitment, obtaining informed consent and conducting relevant research activities in accordance to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Human Biomedical Research Act (HBRA)
• Perform research data collection and home visits according to research Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and specific procedures depending on study needs.
• Clean, prepare and calibrate research equipment as needed by studies and as per SOPs and SCH Infection Control policies.
• Manage research study database; ensure accuracy and completeness of all data collected in study reports.
• Perform other related duties additional to the work described herein.

Requirements

• Diploma in a field related to the study
• Prior experience in clinical/ research setting and in performing physical assessments and data collection will be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel
• Ability to work independently, show initiative and work productively as part of a team
• Meticulous, responsible and punctual
• Possess ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

• Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and evaluate the feasibility of new products.
• Experimental design: Develop experimental plans, determine experimental methods, and prepare for testing new products.
• Technology development: Develop new products or improve existing technologies based on research results to increase product value or reduce costs.
• Product design: Design new products based on technological achievements, including appearance design.
• Technical support: Provide technical guidance to the production department to ensure that the production of products or services meets design requirements.
• Document writing: writing research reports, technical documents, project summaries, etc., and recording research results.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Accountancy/ACCA/CA/CPA
• At least 6 to 8 years experience leading a team to run daily Finance operation which include Analysis - Variance, Budgeting & forecasting, Financial Reporting, Management Reporting.
• Strong leadership skill and hands-on
• Oracle Netsuite software experience is a plus

Attachment Description

The Business Development Manager will lead all business development efforts within the organisation, including the development and implementation of business development strategies and activities. He / She is required to identify new business opportunities to better meet the needs of existing markets and bring benefits to the organisation.

Specific Responsibilities

Individual to be involved in:

- Formulate business development strategy and in-charge of the entire business development process

- Develop new networking collaboration channels in assigned territories, market, channels, both online/offline

- Plan and organise all business development & marketing activities

- Prepare and deliver pitches to external parties like clients, partners and/or potential investors.

- To find opportunity to open other market, platform or overseas businesses

1. Organising & Coordinating projects listed under the YD/YL key trust.
2. Work with strategic partners to develop, implement, review the curriculum and all relevant training material.
3. Recruit, Onboard, deploy and Monitor the youth volunteers
4. Monitor performance of youths volunteers & evaluate feedback from all stakeholders
5. Deliver training workshops & keep track of the learning outcomes for youths.
6. Plan and Execute volunteer-related events, projects and initiatives.
7. Design and develop a knowledge repository documenting case studies and learning materials on youth leadership and cause-based ground-up initiatives to facilitate knowledge sharing across the youth community;
8. Streamline Standard Operating Procedures for existing projects undertaken.
9. Update database & generate progress reports for KPIs update.
10. Attend to any other responsibilities and duties assigned by the reporting officer / Executive Director.

Candidates Requirements

Technical Competencies:

a. Diploma or degree from an accredited college or university is required. Preferably degrees in

Social services, business management, events or hospitality management, marketing or tourism fields.

b. Proficient in Microsoft Office (eg Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
