Roles & Responsibilities

Key Job Responsibilities:

· Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing in all daily tasks and matter within the Sales & Marketing Department.

· Lead and drive sales and marketing efforts in Our Company, including identifying potential customers and projects, initiate customer visits, perform site surveys, prepare sales proposals, quotations and contracts, manage online sales channels, follow up and engage in negotiations with customers while ensuring compliance to Company pricing policies.

· Build and maintain strong customer relationships, while supporting customers in their project requirements and enquiries.

· Relentless pursuit of new projects and markets to optimize the deployment of our Company assets and achieve sales targets set by our Company.

· Coordinate with Operations Department and customers in scope of work and project executions as well as responding to customer requests, clarifications and resolving any issues with customers as soon as possible.

· Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.

· Conducting marker reseach on rival products nd designing and implementing marketing plans for company products.

· Coordinating with media representatives and sponsors.

· Working with Sales team to develop targeted sales strategies.

· Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.

· Creating and presenting sales performance reports.

· Support Operations Team to prepare and submit tax invoices, progress claims and statement of accounts to customers punctually as well as facilitate prompt receive of payment from customers and final accounts for completed projects.

· Refresh Company website and marketing materials frequently and organize marketing initiatives to increase customer engagement and awareness.

· Identify new market trends and seek potential business opportunities as well as generate monthly reports for Management.

· Complete daily tasks and assist in the implementation and improvements of exisiting system.

· Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities when required or as instructed.

Pre-Requisites:

· Diploma or degree in any field of study.

· Well-groomed individual with strong interpersonal, communication and written skills.
