Responsibilities

• Lead a team of quality engineers to ensure quality and accelerate delivery during Post Go-Live Support.
• Manage defect fixing processes by coordinating with dedicated development teams, test teams, and analysts.
• Conduct defect triage and issue management to prioritize and resolve production issues efficiently.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for 3rd Party Providers (3PP) to address technical challenges and ensure seamless collaboration.

Skills & Qualifications

• Must have 3-5 years experience in production support for CRM projects, specifically with Salesforce and CloudSense.
• Strong understanding of integration layers, order management, and billing processes.
• Background in ITIL and IT Service Management principles.
• Demonstrated skills in defect triaging and issue management.
• Previous experience reporting on production status, SLAs, and KPIs within the telecommunications environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non technical stakeholders.
• Strong leadership abilities, managing and motivating a diverse team.

Job purpose:
