ADVANCE-ID is jointly funded by the Wellcome Trust and Singapore institutions including the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health and Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore. The vision of the Network is to improve public health by developing the clinical evidence base for the prevention and treatment of drug-resistant infections. Its mission is to build and sustain a strategic clinical research network focussed on most efficiently delivering locally relevant interventions for drug-resistant infections.

The Network aims to improve and strengthen clinical research capabilities in the region by acting as a platform to develop good principles and practices. As a Proposals Manager within the Financing & Securities Services (FSS) Global Content and Proposal Management Team, you will be primarily responsible for managing Requests for Proposals (RFPs). Main responsibilities:

• Day-to-day client management to ensure alignment through all stages of the account and campaign lifecycle. Act as the key point of contact for client services
• Support the senior client lead in managing a portfolio of Integrated media accounts with a team of Planners and Executives
• Lead and oversee the strategy development, campaign planning, execution, implementation, optimisation, and performance analysis of your assigned portfolio
• Define media strategies, make recommendations, and lead negotiations with clients and partners
• Outline and execute master agreements, client budgets and financial invoicing relating to your assigned portfolio of accounts
• Manage junior team members. Plan, distribute and oversee the teams’ tasks
• Support the training and any recruitment of team members; Monitor and appraise their work performance
• Ad-hoc involvement in new business pitching

Requirements for this role:

• Relevant degree in marketing, communications, or other relevant disciplines; or relevant work experience
• Experience in media planning and buying, ideally in media agencies. At least 4-5 years for Manager-level, and at least 6-8 years for Senior Manager or Associate Director-levels
• Proficiency in integrated media planning covering FTA TV and Radio, Out-of-Home, Press, KOL/Influencer, and Digital. Integrated media planning skills will be priority for this role
• Proficiency in digital buying platforms (e.g. Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, DV360)
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch)
• Good understanding of the media and advertising landscape in Singapore (including ad networks and third-party partners), and local market nuances
• Strong business acumen and a sense of financial management. You will be overseeing the management of client budgets
• First-hand team management experience will be appreciated at this level
