Contracts Management

5. Prepare final accounts and/or relevant pricing variations.

Team Management

On behalf of our client, a leading international banking group with a strong presence in the Asia Pacific region, we are seeking a highly skilled Elastic & Observability Engineer (Contract) to join their dynamic team in Singapore. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the bank's detection and reaction to Cyber Threats by deploying, maintaining and improving the new SIEM infrastructure. The successful candidate will be part of a team responsible for multiple IT Security activities, including Network Security, Vulnerability & Compliance scanning, Privileged Identity Management, and more.

What you'll do:

As an Elastic & Observability Engineer (Contract), your role will be pivotal in enhancing our client's capability to improve their detection and reaction to Cyber Threats. You will be tasked with deploying, maintaining and improving the new SIEM infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include administrating and maintaining the servers of the SIEM Infrastructure, developing automation on various tasks and self-service tools, contributing to the integration of new technologies logs, supporting logs parsing using custom parser/GROK development. You will also undertake project management responsibilities. As an integral member of the Production CSIRT / SIEM Engg team, you will actively participate in various team activities.

You should possess proficient knowledge of Elastic stack (Elasticsearch / Logstash / Kibana / Beats) including data ingestion, management, monitoring & analytics. In-depth experience with Kafka is essential along with solid working knowledge of Linux (RedHat/Ubuntu). Programming skills (Python or Bash) are appreciated as well as experience & skills in automation tools (e.g. Ansible) & DevOps pipelines. Personal attributes include having a rigorous approach with strong problem-solving skills.
