JOB DESCRIPTION

As the Senior Manager, Project Management, you will support the delivery of large Data Centre Projects from their inception to completion, or, depending on your experience, lead our small to medium scale projects. Initially, your team will work closely with “Technical Solutions” to manage the development of the Design, and, with “Procurement” for the LLE & Tendering of Contracts. You will then support the SPM or lead your team in overseeing the construction and commissioning of the project.   Tracking and evaluation of Contractor Claims, Variations, Delay, EoT and Delay Damages
  Statutory Authorities matters
• Lead (or Assist) in managing the inspection of the Project Works at site together with the site team and report to the Senior Project Manager or Head of Project Management promptly on any non-compliance and status updates
• Work closely with the Safety Managers to ensure all construction safety requirements are met and strictly adhere to
• Work closely with Client, Asset Owner and Operation team on any technical issues arising from site and execute the Project Handover timely to Client, Asset Owner and Operation team respectively

• Develop reports for monthly, quarterly, annual dashboards and prepare government-regulated reports and surveys

• Oversee payroll and benefit administration in Singapore and assist in other countries when support is needed

Office Management

• Procure and maintain office supplies and inventory
