The Regional Trade Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring the import or export of products and materials complies with the regulations within a region. This includes assisting in the deployment of regional and/or localized trade compliance procedures and guidelines that will assure compliance with import and export regulations, executing audit and risk assessment programs including corrective action plans and providing leadership in strategic projects that affect the supply chain to ensure proper/advantageous structuring of transactions. Role and Responsibilities

1. Leadership & Reporting:

• Report directly to the CEO on day-to-day quality management activities.

2. Development and Maintenance of Integrated Management Systems:

• Plan and execute regular internal audits of the QMS across the organization to assess compliance with both company and industry standards.

• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in quality processes, resolving non-conformities through root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures.

• Lead the company’s participation in external audits, ensuring full preparedness and successful certifications or renewals.

5. Supplier and Subcontractor Quality Management:

6. Inspection and Testing Supervision:

7. Risk Management & Problem Resolution:

11. Environmental and OHS Management:
