Job Description

· To monitor and supervise M&E works.

· To ensure all M&E installations and implementations are in accordance to approved drawings and materials.

· To carry out site supervision on M&E works and arrange for inspection with RTO or RE.

· To ensure quality of works is achieved and complied with the standard regulations.

· To arrange and attend inspection or meeting with clients or contractors.

· Any ad hoc duties as and when assigned by management.

Requirements

· Degree / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or relevant disciplines from recognised institutions.

· Minimum 1-3 years of relevant working experience

· Able to work independently and in a team

Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop the maintenance and service personnel.
• Oversee and procure maintenance agreements.
• Establish a schedule for maintenance tasks.
• Develop quotes and tenders for service maintenance.
• Determine necessary tasks for maintenance sites through regular inspections and obtain input from site supervisors.
• In charge of checking in with clients on maintenance tasks.
• Compile and distribute customer feedback to the authorised staff members.
• Assure timely attention to customer feedback.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

· Administration support for CRM onboarding at the company

· Data collection and migration to the CRM system

· Learning the CRM Monday.com and creating SOP with Head of Sales

· Use company ERP to gather information

· Coordinate new product development requests for the sales team

· Take care and support the sales administration, including stock availability checks, sale orders, invoices, DOs, etc.

· Assist sales teams to follow-up on customer payment matters

· Other general administrative duties

Requirements:

· GCE ‘O’ level , Nitec or any related discipline

· At least 1 – 2 years of admin and sales support working experience

· Previous experience with Monday.com or similar CRM systems a plus point

· Positive attitude with customer service working experience

· Able to start work immediate basis
