• Conduct additional checks for auto-generated HDHD Financial Fee Review (FFRs) upon approval, regardless of patient status (HD or HDHD).
• Apply existing provisions for increased Dialysis Charges for co-payment if there is no change in the means test. In case of a change in the means test, ensure new FFRs are approved and verified by both ComCare and FIN.
• Perform manual validation of HDHD invoices due to the unavailability of automated billing reports.
• Verify HDHD versus HD rates based on sessions attended as opposed to single rate as proposed based on last DX session type attended, considering the complexity of the correct subvention type to be claimed.
