The Assistant Executive Housekeeper will assist in ensuring the smooth running of the housekeeping, laundry and maintenance operations. The incumbent will be responsible for developing housekeeping procedures and training and development of staff.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1.Conduct inspection on rooms and public areas to ensure that the standard of cleanliness and maintenance is up to the required standards.

2. Plan manpower requirements according to hotel occupancy including daily allotment and overtime requirements.

The successful candidate

• Degree in Computer Science / Engineering / Supply Chain or related field is mandatory.
• Excellent interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills are required to support working in project environments
• Requires strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability in drafting proposal & businesses cases using ROI or similar metrics
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, and assess and adjust quickly to changing priorities
• Experience / knowledge of supply chain, transportation or logistics domains is highly desirable
