Job Overview

The Management Trainee will undergo comprehensive training to develop the skills and knowledge necessary for assuming a leadership role within the F&B sector. This program is designed to provide hands-on experience and exposure to various facets of F&B operations, including but not limited to, culinary, service, customer relations, and managerial responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Training and Development:

· Participate in a structured training program covering all aspects of F&B operations.

· Work closely with different departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of each role.

2. Culinary Exposure:

· Assist in kitchen operations to gain insights into food preparation, menu planning, and quality control.

The Executive will support NHG Group Research Director and Assistant Manager in a variety of research finance and administrative functions. Examples of research finance functions to be supported include but will not be limited to processing of payment, billing and procurement, FY closing matters such as collation of expenses for accrual and actualisation, as well as tracking of utilisation or preparing projections for available research funding.
