About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join VINCAR as an Executive Assistant. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative and executive support to our senior leadership team. What you’ll be doing

• Provide executive-level administrative support, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
• Manage and prioritise incoming correspondence and communications on behalf of executives.

Responsibilities

• Support Group Tax on Singapore GST reporting and compliance matters, including preparation/review of GST returns, handling GST query/audit by tax authority, and other GST related compliance requirements.
• Assist in group’s transfer pricing compliance matters, including review of intercompany transaction details, benchmarking analysis and preparation of transfer pricing documentation, support transfer pricing audits and Country-by-Country Reporting;
• Support on other ad-hoc assignments / projects related to Group Tax functions.

Qualifications
