Position Summary

The Corporate Accountant will work closely with the Financial Controls Manager and relevant finance team members on the day-to-day financial matters of InfraCo Asia, with an emphasis on the accounts payable, general ledger and accounts receivable (“AP/GL/AR”) function, financial and management reporting. There will also be involvement in finance project implementation and project costing when required.

The Corporate Accountant will be expected to undertake the responsibilities outlined below for InfraCo Asia independently and thereafter, AP/GL/AR and financial reporting responsibilities for other corporate entities within InfraCo Asia.

Requirements and Attributes

• Relevant credible accounting/finance qualifications (e.g. CPA, CA, LCCI, Degree or Diploma in Accounting).
• At least 5 years of hands-on work experience in accounting/finance roles (2 to 3 years’ experience in a Big Four accounting firm would be advantageous) in a dynamic and fast paced multinational environment with exposure in the Asia region essential;
• Practical experience and knowledge of handling accounting system is required. Experience and knowledge of ERP and/or accounting systems may be advantageous;
• Practical experience in preparing GST filing is preferred;
• Knowledge of Singapore withholding tax requirements is preferred;
• Knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards is required;

Data Analytics team is responsible of a portfolio of solutions for various business lines of the bank (Risk, Finance, Compliance, Trade Finance, etc). Key job responsibilities

You report to Data Analytics team head of DEC.

Role of Data Engineer encompasses:

- Develop and implement techniques and analytics applications to transform raw data into meaningful information using data-oriented programming languages and visualization software.

- Apply data mining, data modelling, natural language processing, and machine learning to extract and analyze information from large structured and unstructured datasets.

- Visualize, interpret, and report data findings and may create dynamic data reports as well.

- Maintain existing BI solutions / ETL pipelines and propose continuous improvements

- Communicate and collaborate with architects, stakeholders, business analysts, and project managers to gather requirements and define technical solution

- Ability to design appropriate solution in compliant to CACIB standards

- Develops detailed technical work plans, estimates, improvement plans and status reports

- Perform regular peer-reviews, maintain low technical debts, assess & up-skill junior staffs

The Position

Reporting to designated Team Lead or Manager of Corporate Secretarial team, you will be responsible for administration of a portfolio of clientele which includes private and public limited companies as well as foreign companies, particularly with regard to ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
