About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Visitor Relations Executive (VRE) to oversee the smooth operations of the Information Counter, SSG, and coordinate event-related activities at a allery. Responsibilities:

• Handling full set of accounts and General Ledger functions.
• Review all invoices, billings and receipts. Monitor the ageing report and follow up promptly.
• Prepare monthly financial reports for management purposes, reconciliation, month end closing and maintenance of fixed asset register.
• Income Tax computation and GST returns.
• Perform Billings for all diagnostics services and products
• Liaise with internal and external auditors.
• Reporting to the Finance Manager

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Have prior experience in handling full set of accounts and statutory reporting
• Independent to fulfil tasks and a team player to perform tasks in the company workflow

Working Location: Yishun

Working Hours: Mon- Fri 9.00am - 6.00pm

• Liaise with customers who have purchased ceiling fans online, providing excellent after-sales support.
