• Provide Corporate Secretarial advice to clients.
• Prepare/ renew minutes of Directors' and Shareholders' meeting as well as Director's and Shareholders' resolutions for specific transactions.
• Manage a portfolio of companies.
• Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Perform any duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the head of Corporate Secretarial.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Corporate Secretarial experiences.
• Minumim diploma qualification.
• Ability to prioritise and meet the deadlines.
• Able to perform under stress.

Minimum commitment period of 6 months

5 day work week (42 hours work week including, 1 hour paid break per work day)

Minimum 1 year retail experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day retail operations
• Communicate to customers about on-going promotions & offers
• Promote first class service excellence & customer experience at all times
• Adhere to duty roster & assignments given by the Supervisors/Managers
• Be the company’s front line ambassador to uphold company’s branding and image
• Engage in innovation and productivity initiatives for the store
• Drive seamless customer experience across channels
• Handle order fulfilment processes for customers in store and online
• Perform daily, quarterly stock counts
• Maintain outstanding store condition and merchandise display

Perform Sales, Trade-in and Installment Transactions

• Retail sales of merchandise comprising gold jewellery, luxury goods, mobile phones, etc
• Communicate effectively to customers on the policy of the sales and trade-in transactions
• Perform sales, trade-in and installment renewal transactions
• Handle cash and voucher in accordance with established policies, procedures and practices

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills
• Good written and oral command of Malay and English language.
• Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
• A good team player, mature and self-driven
• Friendly, approachable and engaging personality
• Must be willing to work on weekend and public holiday
• Min. Education level qualification: Singapore ‘N’ Level Equivalent

Job Requirements
