Who we are looking for

• Diploma/Degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations, English or equivalent
• 2 years of copywriting experience
• 2 years of social media experience
• Excellent writing and grammar skills with a strong attention to detail, and appreciation for clever one-liners
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and deliver projects concurrently and under tight deadlines
• Exuberant personality; one who is a dynamic team player - meticulous and independent

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and review sample orders, purchase orders, barcode lists, and product code details.
• Working closely with sales personnel and factory on production schedule.
• Prepare Master Data of products in Microsoft Excel
• Maintain up-to-date on all marketing files and barcode tag information.
• Update and consolidate item price/ order per season.
• Monitor production/ shipping schedule and order movements/ status.
• Monitor inventories and sample management.
• Assist in displaying seasonal products in the showroom and maintaining the cleanliness of the warehouse
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficient and accurate receipting of incoming payment for assigned corporate portfolio and ensure payment reconciliation.
• Perform receipting function for incoming payments via GIRO, telegraphic transfer and cheque payments.
• Hand the premium receipts for all group insurance policies
• Hand email enquires send to SGGROUP RECEIPTING from Customer
• Support Corporate customers payment related enquires

Requirements:

Experience

• Understand the principles and practices for Group Life & Health Business
• Good knowledge of life insurance products
• Understand the regulatory aspects life insurance
• Proficient in MS Office/Excel
• Good communication / interpersonal skills
• Good customer service and public relation skills

Education

• Academic: Diploma in Accounting (preferred)
• Professional Certification(s): Financial Accounting (preferred)
