Your Role 

Aligned to our accelerated growth plan and further diversification of our Climate Infrastructure portfolio, you will have a unique opportunity to play a key role in executing on our innovative strategy. You will ensure that the commercial elements of our investments are effectively identified, negotiated and documented and that legal risk is effectively managed. Together with external advisers, you will oversee all legal aspects of the project development and investment process throughout the entire life cycle including origination, project development, evaluation, due diligence, financing, closing and monitoring. Your Responsibilities 

• Provide legal support as relates to new transactions and matters arising from our existing Climate Infrastructure portfolio. 

• Lead the identification, escalation and mitigation of legal risks associated with our origination and asset management activities as part of the legal work stream. 

• Assist with the negotiation of a wide range of transactional documents.   

• Own the relationship with external due diligence providers to ensure all material risks are addressed.
