Position Objective:

To drive the development and execution of comprehensive content marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand visibility, engaging target audiences, and ultimately driving business growth. The role involves creating relevant content across various channels and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging. The Executive – Marketing (Digital and Outreach) will focus on building a strong online presence, increasing audience engagement, and measuring the effectiveness of content initiatives through key performance indicators. The objective is to position the company as an industry authority, generate leads, and contribute to overall marketing and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive content marketing strategies to engage existing Workmate users by using multiple communication channels, including social media, email marketing, and events.
• Create and publish organic, high-quality, engaging content across all social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms), as well as write monthly newsletters highlighting our Jobs of the Month, Worker of the Month, and more.
• Manage our online reputation by monitoring and responding to customer feedback and reviews.
• Collaborate with other teams to create compelling content, including blog posts, videos, and infographics, as well as promote top-priority jobs to the community.
• Analyze and report on social media performance metrics and use the data to improve our social media strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with full set of accounts including AR, AP, GL Bank Reconciliation etc
• Timely & Accurate processing of accounting entries
• Engage with operation branch to record daily POS Sales receipts relatin to cash sales, credit card sales and delivery platform
• Engage in maintaining record of Petty Cash for the outlets
• Check, record and verify vendor invoices and staff expenses claims
• Ensure proper recording and filing of documents are maintained
• Perform any other finance administrative duties when assigned.

Requirements:

• At least 2 - 3 years account related working experinece and possess at least a Diploma in finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent in the financial field, preferably from F&B inductry
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Abel to work independently, positive attitude and self-motivated
• Experience in auto count accounting software will be an added advantage. Training will be provided for those with no knowledge in auto count system
• Strong in Microsfot Excel and formulas
