Reporting to the Head of Sales Operations, you will be an important member of the regional team based in Singapore. You will help define governance and SOPs within the Grab Merchants organisation and lead the execution of key deliverables for SalesForce-related projects.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Sales Operations Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience in Sales Operations.
• SalesForce Expertise: Previous experience with SalesForce, ticketing systems, and CRM systems.
• Certification Knowledge: Understanding of relevant SalesForce Certifications, such as Certified SalesForce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Certified SalesForce Marketing Cloud Consultant, and Certified SalesForce Administrator.
