The CyberSource Technical Sales & Delivery team consists of 22 people within the AP region and is the fastest growing Organization within the Value Added Services domain of Visa. The Team comprises of Technical Sales Consultants, Client delivery consultant, project managers and Merchant Optimization consultants. What a Senior Manager, Technical Sales Engineering, Card Present Processing does at Visa:

The role will be responsible for providing technical and functional expertise for Visa Acceptance Platform card present solutions to merchants, acquirers, payment service providers or technology partners. The role requires you to lead the technical pre-sales consultation, implementation, and integration of new or existing clients.

You will be required to work closely with regional & local sales teams, internal operations teams, and product teams to ensure success. The success of this role will be measured on growth of revenue and successfully integrated clients. Candidates should have demonstrated skills in card present solutions implementation with merchants, acquirers, payment service providers or technology providers. The candidate should also possess Solution Consulting, Architecture Design, Project management, Business Process consulting, and presentation/training in complex IT environments. Familiarity with SaaS solutions related to bankcard/acquiring, payment gateway, payment security, and fraud prevention. Responsibilities

• Drive conversations with Merchants, Acquirers, Payment Service Providers and technology providers, on SaaS /Internet Payment Gateway based card present acquiring operations and processing capabilities.
• Solution Consulting, Project Planning and implementation of complex country based / regional based SaaS POS Acquiring projects
• API integration and testing on POS terminal & Infrastructure connection to a payment gateway. Having completed at least 2-3 projects of POS terminal into a payment gateway Integration

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. The Tax Manager/Tax Executive plays an essential role within the APAC Tax team, working with the Tax Managers on direct tax and Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (“BEPS”) related compliance for the APAC region, as well as serving as a key liaison between the APAC Tax team and cross-functional business stakeholders on various global and regional tax projects.

Responsibilities: 

1. Corporate Tax Compliance and BEPS

• Prepare tax schedules and managing tax compliance reporting and payment deadlines and other related matters for approximately 30 entities within the APAC region, including working with external tax consultants and reviewing their deliverables.
• Prepare monthly tax provisions for Singapore entities.
• Prepare and liaise with external tax consultants on Tax Risk Management & Control Framework for Corporate Income Tax (“CTRM”) for Singapore and similar Corporate Tax Governance Framework for the APAC region.

• Advise on corporate tax matters, optimize the Group’s tax position and identify potential tax savings opportunities for the APAC region.

Team Summary
The Head of Acceptance Sales leads a team of sales leaders and sales executives in the regional market support centre in Singapore and throughout the Asia Pacific region. This team are accountable for driving sales, revenue growth and overall market adoption of Visa’s expanding range of solutions on the seller-side of the payments ecosystem. Identifying how customers define success and then linking Visa Products and Services to specific customer needs so they achieve their defined goals. 

The role reports to the Senior Vice President, Head of Value-Added Services, Asia Pacific, and is a key member of the Asia Pacific Value-Added Services leadership team.
