Job Summary:

As a Retail Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers, addressing their needs, and offering product recommendations. Ensure a positive shopping experience and resolve any customer issues or complaints promptly.
• Sales Support: Assist customers with product selection, fitting room support, and checkout processes. Promote and upsell store products and services to enhance sales.
• Store Operations: Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including arranging merchandise, managing inventory, and ensuring that shelves and displays are well-stocked and visually appealing.
