Job Overview
The Sales Director (ASEAN) is responsible for developing sales strategies, leading the sales team, and driving business growth in the region. Reporting to the VP of Sales in Asia, you will identify customer needs, create tailored solutions, and negotiate deals to maximize profits and build long-term relationships. Job Responsibilities:

• General Maintenance Work.
• Ensure that building and their services are always kept in a good state of repair and to carry out preventive measures.
• Attend to and investigate any maintenance complaints or problems promptly.
• Conduct daily physical checks on the interior and exterior of the buildings, and its services for the purpose of detecting a physical defect.

You will be a multifaceted Community Manager who revels in creating an inclusive and collaborative community at lyf. A day in the life of a lyf Guard starts with checking in a new guest, recommending the must-visit places in the area, replacing a light bulb at night, and ending with having a cup of coffee or sipping wine with the lyf guests in our social spaces after work. Responsibilities

1. Look after the well-being of all guests from arrival until departure by:
