Job Description

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks on building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Conduct regular inspections toidentify potential issues.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
• Update logs and prepare maintenance reports.
• Oversee the inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Ensure tools and equipment are well-maintained and available for use.
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance and repair tasks.
• Supervise work to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
• Participate in emergency response activities, including fire drills and building evacuations.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec / Diploma in any Engineering / Building Services or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• No experience candidate with relevant Diploma are welcome to apply

Airfreight Operations Executive

Salary: $2200 – 2800

Working Day: Monday - Friday (9 am – 6 pm / 10 am – 7 pm)

Working Location: Changi Airfreight Centre

Job Description

• Daily Operations for Air Freight
• Execute full set of AWB/BL / Import/Export Custom Clearance / Invoicing / Verification of vendor costings / Sending pre-alerts to oversee offices/agents etc
• Coordinate bookings of Air cargo with partners & vendors
• Arrangements of cargo collection and deliveries with transporters/hauliers
• Timely response for all enquiries with accuracy
• Communicate and coordinate with each stake holder for efficient execution of shipments
• Managing Warehouse – Forklift usage
• Any other duties as assigned by management.
• Any other duties as per requirement and assigned

job Requirements

• Minimum 3 to years of working experience handling Air Freight Operations and documentations
• With Diploma in Logistic / Supply Chain is preferred
• With forklift license is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications
