Position Overview
Reporting to the Client Relations Manager, the Customer Experience Executive will provide exceptional service to our client and participants, providing prompt and attentive replies to questions and entry requests. You will provide event-related information and foster strong relationships with our client. You will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining the professional image of MetaSport.

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries via email
• Ensure that the first interaction that participants have with the event and MetaSport, and the image we project as a company is seamless
• Respond promptly to client requests for promo codes or customer follow-up
• Handle and resolve participant queries in a proactive manner, aiming for a win-win outcome for both parties
• Keep detailed records of enquiries, comments, complaints and details of actions taken
• Process event refunds and any race entry changes directly on the event registration system
• Prepare and distribute Customer Experience activity and feedback reports weekly
• Regularly review event website, FAQ’s and runner guide content based on participant’s feedback
• Any other ad hoc assignments as required from time to time by management
• Manage customer databases

Key Requirements and Competencies

• At least 2 years of customer service experience
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience using the Microsoft Office suite

Fund-Raising Executive

Full–time

Salary range: SGD$3,000 - $4,000

Reporting to Executive Director, this position will be responsible for creating and driving effective fundraising strategies, executing fundraising activities, and building strong philanthropic relationships for the Charity.

The incumbent should plan to meet the yearly fundraising targets to ensure the sustainability of K9Assistance’s programmes. These activities shall be aligned to achieve K9Assistance’s mission, vision, and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with finance team to ensure compliance with legislation and policies pertaining to statutory fundraising requirements, Charities and Code of Governance, i.e. application of licenses and appeals where applicable
• Prepare regular reports for internal and external non-financial disclosure reporting
• Report progress of fund-raising activities to management
• Able to analyse past fundraising performance and trends to inform future fundraising approaches and calibrate steps to increase donation revenue
• Organise and oversee the development and smooth execution of internal and external fundraising campaigns and events that are in line with K9Assistance’s vision and mission
• Plan, organise, and coordinate corporate events to promote awareness with our partners

• Key player within one or more Supply Chain functions including materials, production, inventory, logistics, demand management and order fulfilment.
• Order fulfilment management for local and some key clients
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as fill rate and days of inventory and forecast accuracy.
• Act as an intermediary between customer and multiple departments including sales, procurement, planning, quality control, regulatory, production and warehouse/logistics department to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Utilizing a collaborative and consensus approach through Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) data by working with Sales, Marketing and Customer to obtain accurate information in sales forecasts
• Key member for Monthly Operations, Pre-S&OP and Weekly ASF meetings.
• Back up for Demand Planning Lead.
• Leads or assists in continuously improvement projects and interacts with stakeholders to enable project outcomes.
• Present data findings and deep business insights to various levels of management

Requirement

• Min Degree in any discipline with at least 2 years’ experience in supply chain
• Responsible, responsive & committed
• Attention to details & organized
• Good interpersonal skills, customer oriented and a team player
• Proficient with Microsoft Office & SAP ERP

• Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and improve our product offerings.
• Assist customers with placing orders, ensure timely delivery, and handle any post-sales inquiries or issues.
