Purpose of Position

• Supervise sales representatives to achieve targets.

Responsibilities

• Establish new strategic accounts and nurture existing accounts to achieve budget sales target.
• Develop business plans for sales accounts that drives sustainable attainment of monthly sales goals and profitability Customer’s account plan
• Monitor and optimizes account investments are within company guidelines and budget
• Identify new markets and business opportunities by conducting market analysis and gathering customers’ feedback.
• To analyse and evaluate sales trends of brands performance to improve sales volume
• To conduct business reviews with major accounts yearly
• Manage and foster strong business relationships with both new and existing key accounts.
• Undertake ad-hoc projects assigned by the company or supervisor.
• To prepare month end management report on sales and competitors activities.
• To help sales representatives sell in new products to existing accounts.
• To seek high volume customers to commit to a sales contract.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years sales experience in General Trade.
• Preferably experience in FMCG environment / Food Services.
• Experience in managing major accounts and developing new accounts.
• Possess strong presentation, interpersonal, negotiation and skills.
• Well versed in MS Office.

Job Responsibilities:

You will prospect and recruit new clients, manage the sales journey, support clients, onboard new clients in collaboration with the Account management team and majorly work towards the business growth in the Asia Pacific region.

Responsibilities:

● Working closely and reporting to your line manager on a daily basis.

● Working towards your KPI targets in relation to Sales. These will be annual targets appraised on a quarterly basis. This will include Sales to New Clients and to Existing clients.

● Identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion with a focus on the APAC region.

● Identify and capitalise on new market opportunities within the APAC region.

● Ensure efficient allocation of resources to meet operational goals and optimise

performance.

● Leverage technology to enhance operational capabilities and support business growth.

● Pipeline management and CRM. You will be expected to follow SOP’s for managing your client relationships and to build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

Requirements:

● Have a recognised 3rd level qualification in a related field.

● MBA/Masters or a relevant advanced degree in a related field is highly desirable.

● Minimum 5 years of experience of selling Software as a Service.

● Proven track record of success in senior roles, including multi-country operations.
