Responsibilities

• Oversee HR duties in an employee’s lifecycle from talent acquisition, onboarding to offboarding.
• Work closely with the hiring manager to handle end-to-end recruitment for both local & foreign candidates.
• Manage exit processes including conducting exit interview, exit clearance and prepare monthly report.
• Apply and renew work pass for employees.
• Handle employees’ general queries.
• Assist Payroll Specialist in verifying new employee records.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in HRIS.
• MOM survey and submission of government claims.
• Responsible for training enrolment and follow up on course payment and training grants claims.
• Responsible for HR, ISO audit and related matters.
• Support HR initiatives and projects from time to time.
• Any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned.

Requirement

• Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration with at least 3 years of related experience.
• Familiar with MOM Employment Legislation.
• Knowledge of Payroll System will be advantageous.
• Good analytical skills with positive attitude to take on challenges and responsibilities.
• Able to start immediately or within short notice.

• Content Creation and Management- Outline plans for online media calender to ensure marketing plans are executed timely
• - Review all creating, updating and ensure proper site products and content for social media and listing
• Digital Marketing - Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and effectively plan next marketing activities to capture audiences
• - Take charge and ensure optimisation of all content through SEO and performance marketing efforts, with the aim of acquiring high-quality traffic to drive conversions
• Develop and Implement Marketing Strategie - Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to drive engagement and leads.
• Brand Building - Develop and maintain a strong brand identity across all channels.

• Requirements
• Diploma in marketing, communications or related field.
• Strong writing and editing skills for online content.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices, SEM tools, and social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and other social media advertising tools.
• Familiarity with email marketing tools and web analytics including Google Analytics.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
• Proficient in graphic and video editing software with a keen eye for design.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive, record, and batch donations from various sources.
• Perform accurate data entry of cash, cheque, and credit card donations into the Donation Management System.
• Process Giro applications and maintain donor records.
• Prepare tax-exempt receipts, thank-you letters, and handle donor correspondence.
• Monitor and order supplies, prepare banking deposits, and file donation-related documents.
• Handle donation hotline incoming calls.
• Support events and handle ad-hoc tasks as needed.
• Perform administrative tasks related to fundraising activities.
• Provide secretarial support to the PR Director.
• Assist with administrative tasks for the Advisory Board and general office duties such as arranging meetings, recording of minutes of meeting. sending minutes/agenda/correspondence and updating membership lists.
• Support events and handle ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Candidate must possess at least "O" Level, Professional Certificate/Nitec/Diploma in any discipline.

Job Requirements

• Preferably with experience in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent, with previous experience in a non-profit organization preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Meticulous, detailed and to meet deadlines in a timely manner
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Accounting background will be an advantage
