GENERAL SUMMARY
The Admin and Finance Executive is responsible for administrative and finance duties, providing support to SRSF as well as supporting HCSA central corporate service functions. Administrative responsibilities include supporting tenancy administration, receptionist and office.
The Admin and Finance Executive will also be responsible for supporting the central Finance function of HCSA Corporate Services at SRSF, integrating into existing processes and systems in the areas of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, preparing accurate financial and management accounting reports to HDB according to the accounting standards and related statutory and other regulatory requirements in Singapore.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Finance

1. Process all payments to HDB and other suppliers and vendors in a timely manner

3. Reconcile and ensure that payment made to HCSA is accurate based on number of live Tenancy Agreements or any other agreed-upon basis per Contract

11. Answer calls from the public and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to queries and concerns, escalating to the appropriate personnel for attention and follow-up where necessary

12. Ensure proper filing, documentation and data entry as required

13. First point of contact for feedback received through various channels (e.g. e-form, feedback box etc); disseminate for follow-up to the relevant personnel.

The Company

Responsibilities

Financial

• Manage APICAL Growth business (Oleo & Functional Fats) with emphasis on QPC in regard to management of operation excellence, SCM, product development, sales and marketing etc
• Manage a highly competitive business with good commercial sense and strong business acumen in order to exploit/optimize risk reward in capturing market opportunity while complying with risk management as prescribed the Board
• Strategic planning for growth and business sustainability

Process

• Ensure continuous improvement in all system, processes and operation
• Ensure sound financial management and adequate financing in place to support growth

Customer

• Develop and looking for JV partners and M&A opportunities
• Develop new business and market for continuous growth

People

• Develop and build high performance team to ensure sustainable business organization that can take on growth through people development program
• Lead and promote company core values to the organization
• Ensure key position succession planning and people development

Job Requirement:

• Strong techno commerce background , preferably directly from the oleo or specialty fats industry or, big adjacent industry like chemicals or food ingredients industry
• Good commercial sense and strong business acumen
• Leadership skills with high energy and drive, ability to build and lead a high performance sustainable organization
• Hands-on, eye for details and with good senior stakeholder engagement skills
• Good at business development/M&A and JVs management
• Possess strategic mindset and the proven track record to build up organization
• Have a minimum of 15 years of experience at a senior management level
• Tertiary degree and preferably with techno commercial training

The Job

Operations (Main role)

• In charge of all New / Used vehicles and Leasing fleet for the company
• In charge of the vehicle movement and parking
• In charge of arranging the vehicle for repair, regular servicing, and inspection, including scheduling, arranging of manpower, dealing with external contractor/vendors and etc.
• In charge and ensure that the vehicles are in good ready condition to be delivered anytime
• In charge and ensure that vehicle has cleared the pre-delivery inspection (PDI) before delivering to the customer
• In charge of getting the reinstatement quote for leasing customer returning the vehicle, including able to quote independently
• In charge of the company phone and be the main contact point for leasing customers (including weekends)
• Dealing with vehicle breakdown involving our leasing fleet including over-the-phone advice to the driver, arranging for towing, onsite support, etc.
• Dealing with accidents involving our leasing fleet including over-the-phone advice to the driver, arranging driver down to do accident report, collecting accident excess from the customer, etc.

Sales Support

• Assist and attend to sales enquiry dealing with all range and multi brand of commercial vehicles which include diesel & petrol engine as well as electric commercial vehicles in regard to sales and/or rental activities
• Identify/Build/Expand new clients base to achieve sales opportunities
• Attend to sales inquiries
• Resolve customer complaints/issues
• Maintain a proactive relationship with existing/new customers
• Develop relationships for both new and existing customers

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent
• Min. 2 years experience in handling operation and customer service coordination
