Job Responsibilities

Responsible for full spectrum payroll administration including but not limited to:

• Verify and process monthly commission and overtime payout
• Check and approve staff claim in accordance to staff entitlement
• Check staff attendance and leave applications
• Ensure payroll accuracy and meet the deadline
• Submit reports on time to relevant authorities and internal Departments
• Responsible for payroll practices compliance with government regulations
• Maintain proper documents for internal and external audit
• Manage HR administrative matters such as confirmation letter, warning letter, NS make-up claims, maternity claims, childcare leave claims and etc.
• Provide support to immediate superior on the Performance Appraisal Processes
• Provide timely support to staff enquiries
• Any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned such as supporting staff events, training programs, etc.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in business related discipline
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of related working experience with 2 years experience handling full spectrum of payroll administration
• Meticulous
• Excellent knowledge of Singapore Employment Legislation.
• Knowledge of Unit 4 System/BIPO Payroll would be advantageous.
• Able to start within short notice.

Job Description:

• Manage treasury operations, including the preparation of loan and interest payments.
• Ensure timely submission of loan covenants documents to lenders.
• Monitor cash flow, support financing plans, and plan funding/financing strategies.

Responsibilities:

Pre-sales Technical Support

• Support sales team on technical queries during sales pitch meetings or pre-sales technical discussions.
• Provide technical support to marketing team during exhibitions and marketing events.
• Support sales & marketing during demonstration of how the solution can meet needs of prospective clients.
• Supports sales team’s engagement with clients to assess technical requirements and business challenges.
• Undertake other ad-hoc task as required.

Pre-sales Proposal Generation & Validation

• Ensure that complete proposal request package is received from sales/account managers.
• Collaborate with engineering & solution designer to generate proposal.
• Follow up with sales team on the update for each proposal submission.
• Follow up with proposal revisions when requested by potential client.
• Conduct thorough pre-sales site surveys to gather relevant information for proposal validation and cost planning.
• Collaborate with the sales & project team to generate Bills of Materials (BOM)from proposal drawings and estimate cost of deployment.
• Collaborate with sales and client to design proof-of-concept installation to validate effectiveness of proposed solution.

Product Knowledge and Demand Transfer

• Train sales team on technical aspect of solution to ensure internal alignment and improve efficiency of communication with client.
• Ensure alignment with technical capabilities of engineering team to tailor/customize solution to meet client’s needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering is required.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, specifically thermodynamics & fluid mechanics an added advantage.
• Prior experience in customer relationship management and solution presentation or demonstration.
