• Process orders for the Local Sales Team, B2B Team, and E-commerce platforms (such as Lazada & Q10), as well as staff purchases.
• Prepare Loan Goods Forms for Road Show Events.
• Issue Goods Return/Exchange requests for faulty sets.
• Update product inventory on E-commerce platforms.
• Handle customer inquiries about products in E-commence platforms.
• Coordinate with Sales and Logistics departments regarding sales promotions, uploading new product information, delivery schedules, barcode information, etc.
• Prepare letters for sales promotions and new product launches.
• Distribute Stock Positions to relevant parties.
• Download Stock Advice Reports for the Service Team.
• Update and generate sales reports for sales and management.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of an 'N'/'O'/'A' Level, ITE, or Diploma qualification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
• Must be independent and capable of multitasking.
• Familiarity with SAP is beneficial.
• Previous experience in sales administrative support roles is preferred.
