Responsibilities:

• Acquire and manage renovation projects, leveraging qualified leads provided by the company.
• Provide expert advice on space planning and interior design, ensuring client needs and preferences are met.
• Prepare detailed and accurate quotations based on clients’ specific requirements and project scope.
• Oversee the entire renovation process, including project management, site supervision, and coordination of all renovation activities.
• Schedule and manage project timelines to ensure completion aligns with the client’s move-in date.
• Collaborate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and management team ensuring smooth project execution and resolving any on-site issues promptly.
• Regularly visit renovation sites to monitor progress and ensure quality control throughout the project duration.
• Respond to client inquiries professionally and promptly, whether by email or phone, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Interior Design or related field.
• Proficiency in Photoshop & AutoCAD is preferred.
• Highly committed, driven, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Positive, vibrant personality with a creative mindset and keen attention to detail.
• Capable of overseeing projects from concept to execution, ensuring a seamless transition between phases.
• Meticulous, passionate, and an excellent communicator, with strong time management skills.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin, enabling effective communication with Mandarin-speaking clients and contractors.

Job Responsibilities:
