· The Business Change Lead is a pan Transaction Banking (TB) role, within the TB Change and Enablement, supporting the TB business change portfolio end-to-end, ensuring successful delivery of benefits to the business and alignment with the overall strategy.

· The role holder will be accountable for business change and transformation of the business and core business enablement initiatives. • Support the TB business change agenda.

The Programme Manager role is responsible for overseeing and managing the controlled implementation of Mizuho APAC Programme and Project Portfolio. Responsibilities & Duties

• Be a key player in the customer acquisition team to onboard new parents to the company's community
• Share the company's vision and recommend suitable coding programs for students
• Support customer success initiatives like special programmes or competitions, or community events like fireside chats for customer engagement
• Maintain customer relationships and build a strong the company's community.
• Act as parents’ advocate and manage relationships with them
