The Account Director is experienced in developing and executing integrated campaigns and digital advertising. He/ She will be responsible for managing up to senior level client relationships, build and grow the account portfolio on Samsung and Non Samsung clients. He/ She needs to have sound understanding of clients’ marketing and advertising needs. The incumbent will need to provide perspective and leadership in the development of the highest quality advertising product.

MAIN PURPOSE
The incumbent will drive overall Regulatory Affairs strategy and execution for the Companies in the region to ensure regulatory compliance. He/She will proceed Quality Management in the region to support Shiseido group quality. He/She will also enhance consumer relationship within the region.

REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum Degree holder majoring in any relevant disciple from a recognized tertiary institution.

Job Requirements:

· Master’s degree in business administration, Electrical engineering or related field.

· More than 15 years of managerial experience in electrical manufacturing industry, with at least 5 years of experience as Head of Division/Department.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

· Outstanding leadership qualities are necessary to lead the company.

· Forward-thinking mentality is critical in the position.

· Strong knowledge of the company, business, brand, and product; understanding of the company and its position in the market/industry

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

· Japanese language (JLPT N1 & above or relevant skill) will be an advantage to liaise with Japanese management at Headquarters.

You will support the Group Director of Staff Wellness in envisioning and formulating short, medium and long-term staff wellness strategies aimed at defining and promulgating a cluster-wide culture on reducing mental health stigma and increasing awareness on mental wellbeing. You will analyse, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of staff mental wellness initiatives and programme.

You will manage the development and building of frameworks, programmes and initiatives to ensure the provision of adequate and appropriate avenues and resources to support all staff in distress, as well as educate and empower staff and Head of Departments / supervisors on all aspects of staff mental wellness and staff resilience.

You will lead and organise special mental wellbeing-focused events/activities to facilitate awareness building and capacity development amongst staff. You will lead efforts at cluster-wide integration and harmonisation of staff mental wellness policies, systems, and processes to create a one SingHealth culture in fostering greater cluster cohesion and collaboration in the promotion of mental wellbeing.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with at least 12 years of experience in healthcare or related field

· Possess leadership skill and has experience in management capacity

· Strong people management, communication and influencing skills

· Self-motivated and strong influencer
