• In depth expertise in at least one of the Data and Analytics domains – data strategy development, data warehouse & big data implementation, business intelligence applications, machine learning / artificial intelligence domains
• Good knowledge of the Information Management framework, including operating model, data governance, data management, data security, data quality and data architecture.
• Strong skills in Agile delivery implementation methodology and delivery practices leveraging DevOps automation and engineering using CI/CD tools, code repositories and issue tracking and management.
• Experience in developing analytics application on public cloud stacks (Azure, AWS or GCP)
• Certifications in Data Analytics tools and environment (big data technologies, cloud certifications, data integration, data management, or visualisation tools) would be an advantage.
• 10 – 12 years of experience in data and analytics projects (data warehouse, data analytics, business intelligence and machine learning.
• 6 – 8 years of experience in delivering full SDLC lifecycle projects in a Consulting or Systems Integration (SI) model.
• 4 – 6 years of experience in leading data and analytics projects as a delivery lead responsible for overall project outcomes (client and commercial)
• Experience in at least one of the industry or domain – Government and Public Services, Logistics, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Financial Services, Retail, Consumer Products
• Bachelor degree and above in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or related fields.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Business Development for Interior Design or Interior Architecture (Commercial Office Fit-Outs).
• Sales and target-driven, with expertise in client management and relationship building in a professional services context.
• Established network within the commercial office design sector.
• Strong communication skills; fluency in English and Mandarin is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Self-starter, adaptable, and able to thrive in dynamic environments.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales plans to enhance market share and profitability, collaborating with the Managing Director to achieve sales targets and analyze financial performance.
• Ensure project management standards meet industry benchmarks, securing competitive pricing and maximizing contract margins.
• Grow and maintain the business portfolio by identifying new market opportunities and high-potential clients, while implementing effective sales strategies.
• Collaborate with interior designers, marketing teams, and contractors for resource needs, and prepare proposals and tender submissions
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulations.
