Role Description

Join us as a Business Development Executive in our Singapore office, in a dynamic full-time, hybrid role. This position is at the heart of our expansion strategy, focusing on growing our cybersecurity solutions and specialized training programs in information security. You will drive new business development, lead generation, and manage key accounts, with a dual focus on marketing our bespokedcybersecurity services and our comprehensive training solutions. Key responsibilities include:

• Strategically market our cybersecurity solutions and training programs, identifying new opportunities in various sectors.
• Develop and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs to provide tailored cybersecurity and training solutions.
• Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets through innovative sales strategies and effective client communication.
• Manage and expand our client base, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Requirements: Tertiary education with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and industry connections. Proven track record in enterprise training or corporate learning, driving revenue growth, market leadership, and revenue diversification through collaborations. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. A self-started and strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable and measurable plans. Deep industry knowledge and commitment to delivering high-quality training solutions. A data driven business leader with strong growth mindset and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical, performance and financial management skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Preparing the monthly profit and loss, and balance sheet reports

· Managing full sets of accounts AR/AP/GL, including monthly/quarterly/yearly account closing

· Perform inter-company transactions reconciliation

· Maintain fixed assets and FRS116 recording and filing

· Prepare audit schedules and bank reconciliation

· Preparation and e-filing of GST

· Support & prepare documents and materials for auditing & tax purposes

· Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management/head of the department

Requirements

· A recognised Diploma/ Professional Degree (Finance/ Accountancy /Banking or equivalent)

· Preferably Experience in XERO/NetSuite Accounting Software

· Proficient in MS Word & Excel (i.e. V-lookup)

· Self-motivated & able to plan, organise and work independently to meet job objectives and deadlines

· Good Team Player

· At least 2-3 years of working experience in similar position

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive instructions from the Finance Manager / HR Director.
• Monthly financial statements for specific projects.
• Prepare and review journal entries and accounts analysis.
• Manages monthly accounting close cycle for subordinate staffs.
• Manages invoicing process for subordinate staffs.
• Analyses, reviews and audits overall general ledger and accounts payable (AP) systems.
• Prepare monthly arrear reports to submit management.
• Supervising of new staffs to adherence controls, policies and procedures of organization.
• Training to new staffs how to use MC10 accounting system and Promis System (Reimbursement claims, stationery claims, Work flow of TC & Work order, petty cash claims)
• Training to prepare and process of audit report for AGM.
• Training to handle AR of SP inquires, special billing requirements and discrepancies.
• Supervise, motivate and develops to accounting staffs.
• Responsibilities to update bank signatories, Sec65, Sec47.
• Supervise to assist Business Process concerning General Meetings.
• Taking or assist to take over new projects when needed.
• Perform such duties and responsibilities deemed reasonably expected of a senior accounts executive.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Candidate with self drive possess Professional Certificate/ Diploma or Degree in Estate Management or related disciplines.
• Previous experience in managing condominiums, industrial or commercial buildings.
• Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of Management Corporation Strata Title (MCST) and Building Maintenance & Strata Management (BMSM) Act
