Assisting the Senior Credit Manager who has overall responsibility for all the credit risk management related activities and credit decisions across the ASEAN theatre as well as supporting the ANZ Theatre.
Credit analysis - new and existing Trade facilities and Leasing/Loan facilities. Review/ recommend / approval of (within delegation & set parameters) primarily Cisco's Trade facilities which are used to support our partners and customers purchase Cisco products, SW and Services.
Recommend risk mitigation, the proactive oversite and management of a large trade portfolio, as well as the ad-hoc support of business initiatives as required.
Manage the day to day underwriting of facilities and specific transactions, and overall compliance management of the portfolio.
The primary role will be to balance risk expectations whilst coordinating Cisco's trade lending activities within the Finance Org, assisting the Channel Partner teams and direct sales teams execute and close opportunities to meet Cisco's weekly, Monthly and quarterly goals.
Who you Are
The role requires the individual to work with limited or no supervision, have the skills to clearly articulate the risk organisations policies, and help drive and influence suitable outcomes which align with our business objectives.
You will be a strong influencer and have broad organizational skills .
Ideally, the person will come from a similar role within a Captive Vendor Finance Company or Bank and have 5-7 years experience as a credit analysis and/or risk management position (Multinational vendor experience would be a plus).
Core proficiencies include but are not limited to - quantitative and qualitative analysis, strategic business alignment, familiarity of financial documents and contracts, credit systems and supporting tools, and powerful interpersonal skills including partnering with abroad cross-functional business groups (Sales, Finance teams Tax/Accounting, Compliance, Legal and Cisco's Partners and Customers.
