• Managing Alumni Chapters, Groups and Communities
  • Engage alumni through building and deepening relationships with local and overseas alumni groups (i.e. overseas chapters, local school alumni chapters, programme-based and affinity-based alumni groups).

• Volunteer Management

• Event Management
  • Lead a work group or function independently to curate programmes and manage OAR events as required.

• Partnership Development

Job Description

• Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of the Hospitality sector, staying attuned to market trends and securing new reservations sales against competitors.
• Manages forecast versus actual reservation sales data, oversees Reservations administration, and implements enhanced procedures.
