We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Finance Manager (FM) to lead our organisation's budgeting and financial planning process. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the FM will lead the organisation's budgeting process and provide critical financial insight to senior management and the Board. Core responsibilities

Budget Development and Management:

• Lead the medium to long term planning of capital and operational budgets in collaboration with Corporate Service Chiefs and Department Heads

Revenue Generation

• Support the Regional Head of Cargo/Area Cargo Manager in developing the Cargo Business Plan in alignment with Head Office cargo strategies and specified Key Performance Indicators

Financial Risk Management

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with local Civil Aviation Department and various applicable regulatory bodies to enhance the overall interests of the Company
• Establish and manage relationships with shippers, key industry and trade partners, and associations so that Company interests are well represented

People Development and Performance Management

The Manager, Leasing position involves managing and leading leasing strategies and trade mix plans across our various spaces and properties, including our MRT, LRT stations and bus interchanges. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement leasing strategies and trade mix plans for commercial activities in our MRT, LRT stations, bus interchanges and any of our commercial properties
• Ensure all available space is leased in an appropriate, timely and effective manner planning and implementing the tenancy mix
• Conduct and understand periodic retail market rental information and trends
• Source and seek out prospective tenants, generate new leasing leads
• Negotiate and monitor terms of lease
• Ensure proper leasing documentation is in place and timely submission to relevant parties.

Qualifications & Work Experience

Accounting and Corporate Service Manager

We are a consulting firm providing full suite corporate outsourcing service to our client.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage full sets of accounts of a given portfolio of client companies
• Managing all financial and accounting transactions ensuring that they meet with Singapore’s Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) requirements and utilizing all the tools that we have at your disposal
• Coordinating and liaising with clients on accounting matters and queries
• Prepare XBRL/unaudited report /GST returns preparation and filing
• Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Candidates should either have degree in Accounting/ACCA or equivalent discipline and at least 8 years of experience in an outsource firm
• CPA/ACCA certification
• Familiar with Singapore Tax / Financial Reporting Standards / Company Act
• Preferably with experience from an audit firm or professional service providers
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Confident, independent and adaptable
• Tech-driven mindset: always find ways to improve efficiency and adapt easily to a fast-paced and an ever-changing environment
• Independent in managing own workload, ability to work under pressure and to keep things moving and to juggle multiple tasks

Experience in Pipe Jacking and Sewer Pipes.

Manage, plan and coordination of all activities at site.

Plan, lead, coordinate and communicate project plan, timeline and activities to the project team.

Monitor and track progress of projects and stay on top of the projects to ensure smooth execution.
