JOB PURPOSE

Performance Management

· Work closely with the Group HR teams managing the annual performance management exercise, on managing timelines and support on compensation rewards matters. This will include the collation and analysis of cluster-wide annual Total Performance Management (TPM) results in order to simulate bonus and increment

· Prepare data/analysis, design compensation levers for review with Senior Management

Group Insurance

· As a key member of the GC&B team, work together with the other team members on annual Group insurance renewal and submission, working closely with insurance broker where necessary

· This may include working with broker to analyse trends and highlight areas of concern to Management e.g. claims experience, work injury trends etc

· Close liaison with site HR to ensure accurate reporting of data required for insurance renewal

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education/Training/Experience

· Min Degree in HR Related field / Business Admin or equivalent

· At least 8-10 years relevant working experience in the area of Compensation & Benefits, and experience in healthcare is preferred

· Technical knowledge and hands-on experience in total rewards including salary structure design, salary reviews, market benchmarking competitiveness studies, job evaluation.

• Whilst working closely with the EVP Int Ops, this role officially reports to the SVP Global Marketing. This role will be based in Singapore and accountable for Internal communications activity for the International Operations Global Marketing team.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related disciplines.
• 10 to 15 years of experience in communications / marketing in global companies/journalism
• High calibre writing is a must

• Develop machine learning models utilizing the latest NLP technologies to address various complex challenges Buyer/Shop/Seller/ Agent-side chat systems and reduce operational costs.
• Research and develop semantic search and recommendation, user intention recognition, multimodal understanding, intelligent document QA, etc.

Requirements:
