• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence

Responsibilities

• Manage project implementation on the development and installation of new networking and computing infrastructures (ie. Dell server/storage hardware, Wireless network, switches and routers, Firewall, and basic infrastructure support)
• Installing and configuring operating systems and application software. (ie. Microsoft servers, messaging, monitoring/management software, Backup software, Virtualization, DLP/Antivirus software)
• Selecting the best possible solutions using knowledge of a wide range of available technologies
• Anticipating potential issues or bottlenecks and identifying possible solutions
• Troubleshooting and resolving all technical issues when they arise
• Generate Service Report for customers and ensure that the report is sent to the customer timely
• Coordinate and monitor work progress with customer and relevant parties for information to expedite
• Perform 24/7 standby duty for service calls on a rotational basis

Requirements

• Possess a degree or diploma in Computer Science or IT professional certifications from Microsoft, HPE/Aruba, Cisco, VMware, etc
• Minimum 3 years of experience in implementing and supporting networking and computing infrastructures
