The product manager drives the development of key bancassurance-focused products.

Job Description:

The product manager is responsible for product design, implementation, product launch and post-launch product review and maintenance.

• The product design stage will include competitive analysis against similar bancassurance products in the market, as well as working with other LBUs in the region for product ideas. In instances where there is limited product information available, product manager will need to engage reinsurance for experience sharing.
• Engage stakeholders through product proposition presentations and soliciting product feedback from Partnership distribution to work with pricing team and reinsurers to develop products that meet customer’s needs while achieving business objectives.
• The implementation stage may include engaging the Product Development Team (PDT – a team made up of members from all departments who will be involved in the product launch) to ensure that systems are ready for the launch.
