• Monitoring of existing contracts so as to ensure timely notification of upcoming renewals
• Contracts are issued in a timely and efficient manner and ensuring a signed copy is held on file and in Salesforce.com
• Salesforce - Ensuring integrity of client and contract information on Salesforce.com through the accurate input of client/contract data for billing purposes
• Invoicing – ensuring invoices are issued correctly and accurately
• Acting as first point of contact for invoice dispute management
• Interdepartmental communication – Representing Client Services to internal department (Operations, Finance and Marketing) so as to ensure client needs are satisfied

2. Account Management / Client Liaison:

• Provide client activity reports as per the agreed client specific service agreements in an accurate and timely manner
• Respond to client service requests in an efficient manner and coordinate the involvement and reports of other departments where appropriate
• Preparation and communication of activity reports to clients via telephone and face-to-face

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree
• 1-2 years of Account Management/Client Services experience
• Computer literacy with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Salesforce.com
• Previous reporting/contractual experience
• Previous exposure to retail banking industry helpful
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with internal and external customers
• Keen attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Driven by customer service excellence

As a Senior Associate, you will be based in the Singapore office and be given exciting opportunities to provide Singapore global mobility services to internationally deployed staff in and out of Singapore across a variety of industries. • You will manage and work with an exclusive portfolio of clients who have a varying number of internationally deployed staff in and out of Singapore
• You will deliver a series of tax services to our clients – including managing tax compliance matters from end to end for companies and their expatriate employees, developing effective tax minimisation strategies, identifying tax planning opportunities to minimise tax costs and cross-border tax matters and managing client relationships.
• Possess good analytical skills to analyse individual and employment tax laws including conducting tax briefings to expatriate employees.
• Be proactively involved in marketing and business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
• Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges and perspective on key global trends including globalisation, and how they impact the firm and our clients

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate possesses a tertiary qualification in any discipline
• 2+ years of relevant experience for a senior position. Candidates with less experience may be considered for an experienced associate role

• Ability to confidently deal with demanding situations, various stakeholders and requirements under stress and time pressure
