Customer Service Advisor (Senoko)

Job Duties / Responsibilities

• Represent the Company in a professional manner, maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude at all times
• Identifying and responding to customers’ needs by providing accurate information and advice
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit; follow up to ensure resolution
• Coordination with internal and external stakeholders like customers, contactors, workshop & etc
• Prepare quotation and raise Work Orders accordingly
• Raise job orders to workshops & contractors
• Liaise with controllers & contractors on service/repair quality and price of work
• Follow up with workshop & contractors on the service / repair of the vehicles and feedback to customers
• Update the service/repair schedule and vehicle collection with customers
• To perform basic investigation into customers’ complaints and rectify the problems by coming up with recommendation within guidelines
• Escalate more pressing issues to supervisors
• Performs ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors

Qualification, Required Experience, Competencies and Skills

• Able to work under pressure, multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Meticulous and has a good work ethic
• Relevant customer service / administrative / support function experience
• MS Office Skills
• Familiar with CRM system advantageous
• Attentive, adaptable and responsible with good communication skills

Your Role:

• At CEVA Lead Logistics (CLL), we are providing customers with outstanding Visibility and Control across their entire Supply Chain. Our operations teams located across the globe in our Control Towers provide services around Supplier and Order Management, Transport Planning and Monitoring, as well as managing performance and freight cost.
• This role ensures operational services are executed in an effective and efficient manner across several transport service providers and different modes of transport, while maintaining a high level of quality and meeting performance and cost targets.

Responsibilities:

• Effective communications with all stakeholders
• Manage disruptions and emergencies that present risk to the supply chain
• Monitor KPIs and continuous improvement opportunities
• Ensure adherence to established work standards and work processes
• Ongoing onboarding and training of vendors SOP and systems use
• Implement changes to processes or policies as determined by the process owners
• First point of contact for all operational issues with the Client
• Track compliance performance of 3PL providers and carriers
• Support the preparation of periodic reporting, monthly reviews and quarterly business reviews
• Ensure quality metrics are achieved including on time performance and data accuracy
• Suggest corrective actions as necessary to prevent / address issues as they arise

Requirements:

• Equivalent of a Diploma or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Science, Engineering or equivalent
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to interact with people of cross functional and diverse backgrounds
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to multi-task, manage multiple projects and set priorities
• Ability to maintain a positive and flexible attitude in the workplace.

Business Operations

• Process job request and ensure that service delivery meet customer's satisfaction;

Client Management

• Manage and service key clients;

Key Account Management

• Oversee the entire process of managing strategic accounts and ensuring successful service delivery;
• Increase sales revenue to achieve business financial objectives;
• Gain market share and stimulate profitable sales growth within specified market segments, including but not limited to activities such as planning and executing marketing campaigns and other market initiatives;
• Maintain good relationship with existing customers while establishing new relationship with prospective clients.

JOB REQUIREMENTS / SPECIFICATIONS

• Diploma in any discipline;
• Candidates with at least 2 years of experience handling agricultural products and commodities trading will have an added advantage;
• Customer-oriented and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
• Good interpersonal communication and negotiation skills;

• Conduct consultations and fittings, advising brides on gown selection.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries.
• Coordinate fitting appointments and work with seamstresses to ensure precise tailoring.
• Manage client records and gown rentals efficiently.
• Assist in studio operations and support the manager as needed.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fashion-forward with an eye for styling trends.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Availability to work Saturdays, 10am-1pm and 3pm-7pm.
• Able to commit for Saturdays for consecutive 3 months.
• Female candidates preferred.
• Proficiency in Mandarin a plus.
• Minimum 1 years' experience in customer service or sales preferred.

• Preferably hold a Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrate proven experience in sales/service within the marine industry, with a strong understanding of marine products and services.
