As a member of the Customer and Service Excellence team, you will be the bridge between the GetGo community and various business functions such as Operations, Marketing, Enforcement, Tech, and Customer Service. Day to Day Activities

• Provide excellent customer service to GetGo’s customers

• Resolve customer enquiries and disputes efficiently, and escalate issues promptly when required

• Support Team Lead in the running of day-to-day operations

Who We Are Looking For

• Passionate team member who loves to serve
• Minimum three (3) years experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role, preferably with live chat support background
• Experience using help desk software such as Intercom and/or Zendesk is preferred

As a Customer Support Manager at Write Edge, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the performance of our customer support, operations teams, and ground operations within the education industry. You are expected to excel in delivering exceptional student experiences and providing leadership to multiple teams. This is a hands-on role, and you will be required to be physically present at the centres.

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and Strategic Planning:

• Provide strong leadership to the customer support team, overseeing daily operations and fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to align support, operations, and ground operations with organisational goals, including customer experience enhancement and operational excellence.

Performance Management:

• Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track departmental and ground operations performance, ensuring objectives are met.

Process Optimisation:

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across customer support, operations, and ground operations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Ground Operations:

Work Arrangement

• Work Hours: Wednesday - Saturday, shift work available and to be discussed

Job Description

• Handle all walk-ins, phone and online enquiries in a professional and customer-oriented manner

• Handle registration, student movements (transfers / withdrawals) and payment collection in accordance with the centre's SOPs

• Actively promote and upsell programmes to both prospective and existing customers

• Attend to customers' needs and enquiries in a prompt and service-oriented manner

• Maintain an updated record of customer interactions, including inquiries, feedback and complaints

• Escalate unresolved customers' feedbacks and grievances promptly to the Centre Manager or Management

• Provide support and assistance to teachers and students whenever required

• Maintain a strong communication link between teachers and parents to ensure a seamless client experience

• Assist in other adhoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Strong proficiency in spoken and written English

• Possess emotional maturity and passion for customer service

• Good team player with ability to work with minimal supervision
