The Senior Service Delivery Manager manages the service delivery portfolio across Singtel Commercial Projects. This includes day-to-day operation matters, SLA performance of our managed services, leading our delivery teams across various service functions, and be the client engagement on delivery matters. • The SDM is expected to have people management on the delivery teams, either under direct or indirect management (eg. 3rd party partners or contractors).
• The SDM should also conduct routine communications with the members of the delivery teams, and their own direct reports. This includes weekly/monthly/quarterly/half-annually/annually meetings, one-on-one sessions and performance assessments as deemed required.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with overseas office/agents/shipping line/customers
• Attend to all customers’ inquiries via telephone or email and to response timely and accurately to their queries.
• Ensure proper coordination of all shipments
• Monitor and resolve and follow up closely with customers on any disputes cases.
• Maintain a proper and efficient filing system of all documents for easy and systematic retrieval.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Min ‘O’ Level
• Proficiency in MS office
• Meticulous, good interpersonal skills, team player and positive work attitudes
• Able to work in fast paced environment.
• High stress tolerance
• Works well under pressures/deadlines
• Ability to work effectively, independently and in a Team environment.

Input of supplier invoices into company systems and create export shipping documents

Liaise with suppliers, customer, inspection agencies, agents, freight forwarders and shipping lines to prepare export shipping documents

Liaise with customers for approval of shipping documents and send to bank in a timely manner

Data entry of shipment details into company systems

Coordinate shipments schedules with overseas suppliers and buyers to satisfy customer needs

Other administration duties as required

Salary 2k-3k depending on experience

• Seeking candidates with skills in e-commence, customer service, order processing, data entry, coordination on deliveries, computer knowledge in Microsoft Excel proficiency, good communication abilities, and general administration work.
• Fresh graduates from ITE are encouraged to apply.
• 5.5 days week (Saturday alternate off)
• Job Training will be provided

Roles & Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Regional Manager; you will work closely with the Korean Headquarters in getting current product information and status of projects and communicate to customers.
• You will handle the pre-sales & post sales communication with customers to get regular forecast.
• Handle PO & Logistics arrangement to fulfil customer's requirement
• Willing to help out in ad-hoc admin work like office administration, facilities management, purchasing etc.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a sales coordination / customer service role would be beneficial.
• Ability to foster a strong relationship with potential & current customers.
• Opportunity to venture into a Sales role if incumbent is interested to explore a more customer fronting role.
• Ability to communicate in Korean language in order to liaise with headquarters back in Korea is advantegeous.
