JOB SCOPE

The Senior Field Service Engineer is responsible for product service and support at customer locations for Gas Purification Systems. Work performed includes product start-up and commissioning, customer training, technical support, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance. They are expected to work independently with minimal input from management. Customer Service Officers (Full-time, Punggol Plaza)

The Write Connection is a premier learning centre in Singapore. Our Customer Service Officers (CSOs) are among the best in the industry as we hold them to high standards to deliver premium service to our customers.

Work Hours

Full-time employees must work a 5-day week, including a weekend. Your work schedule is pegged to the center's operation hours and operational needs. As a general rule, you will work the following hours:

• Weekdays: 12.30pm to 9.30pm (inclusive of one hour's meal break)
• Saturday or Sunday: 8.30am to 6.30pm (inclusive of one hour's meal break)
• 1 weekday off; 1 rest day
• +/- 2-hour meeting per week

Work Location

Work location is subject to operational needs. You need to be comfortable with travelling to branches around Singapore.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales and Customer Service

• Explain our courses, education philosophy and pedagogy to potential customers
• Promote TWC programmes to potential and existing customers
• Build relationships with our customers
• Handle phone and email queries effectively and promptly
• Perform and manage sales transaction effectively and promptly

Administrative Duties

• Arrange replacement lessons for students, and appointments for parents, Centre Management or teachers
• Responsible for center's inventory and simple logistics
• Other administrative and ad hoc duties, e.g. filing documents

Job Requirements

• Have minimum GCE 'O' levels qualifications
• Possess at least 1 year of relevant work experience in customer service-related job roles, preferably in enrichment centers settings
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Candidates who are proficient with MacBook and G-Suites (e.g. Drive, Gmail, Docs, and Sheets) would have added advantage
• Possess excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written), strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
• Able to display effective and efficient customer service abilities
• Possess good work ethics (e.g. Integrity, professionalism, committed to excellence)
• Willing to be trained according to TWC ethos and SOPs
• Able to work independently and also a team player
• Open to be deployed at other centers due to work exigencies

Job roles:

• Drive projects and conduct advanced analytics on related service data using more complex statistical analysis approaches and tools.
• Identify and suggest innovations for data analytics approaches to more effectively detect insights on service process & performance.
• Develop data visualization methodologies and tools to present feedback data analytics findings to management.
• Provide guidance to other stakeholders by using customer insights to support decision-making in operational functions.
• Review and identify ways to improve service data usage, data quality and data management.
• Any other duties that are required to support the team’s objectives.

What you will do:

• Work with all relevant parties/stakeholders to collate business requirement; Undertake and initiate any data analytics requests as directed by management.
• Participate in data management workgroup and committees to drive and support cluster/institution data analytics initiatives.
• Lead and support in problem analysis, opportunities identification, improvement measures definition and proposal recommendation to supervisor, workgroup and management.
• Support the curation and maintenance of data catalogue, Business Intelligence/AI projects etc. Guide and provide advice to users on the right datasets to be use.
• Review and support the users in the report enhancement.
• Plan, Design & Implement various Service Business Analyst Tools by utilizing related technology including AI/Machine Learning, to provide best in class business intelligence opportunity internally, be able to perform business both from pro-active way and re-active way.
• Secure UDIS Uptime & Retail internal awareness & competence to make best use of Business Analytic Tools.

Required Competencies / Experiences:

• At least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
• Fast learner with eye for details, proactive and self-motivated team player
• Flexible, open to new ideas and able to implement solutions effectively and independently
• Customer service-oriented and strong analytical mind with inclination for problem solving
• Ability to clean and analyse huge datasets using advanced data management and analytics tools (e.g. MS Excel, Power BI, SAS, Tableau, Qlik Sense etc)

Job Purpose

The main job responsibility for this position is the accurate and efficient registration and administration of tests orders and ensure test reports are sent to clients within set turn around time.

Responsibilities

• Answer and route incoming telephone calls.
• Liaise with the despatch team to ensure smooth collection / delivery of specimens and documents from destination to destination.
• Process reports and bills.
• Manage and maintain general Inventory.
• Troubleshoot problems that arise with assistance and guidance from the immediate Reporting Officer.
• Print, collate or type all Laboratory and administrative reports, invoices and administrative reports related to the operation of the lab.
• Tracing of Laboratory results, answering or routing enquiries from clients, doctors or patients.
• Perform order entry and carry through with the process of order entry
• Perform billing functions e.g. checking audit reports, issue credit notes, checking that charges to clients are correct.
• Assist immediate Reporting Officer in the training and orientation of new staff at the various job tasks.
• Assist other client service staff in resolution of problems.
• Perform special assignments when need arises
• Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

Education and Experience

• Completed Sec 4 / GCE “N” Level / GCE “O” Level or has sufficient combination of education and experience.
